We are currently seeking to add a member to our sales team that is knowledgeable about surveying equipment, land surveying, and the construction industry in general. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual who is willing to learn and grow with our company. The person we’re looking for must be self-directed and self-motivated. Applicants will be expected to act as the front line contact for our customers by processing incoming sales and customer service calls. This position requires 2-5 years of a proven sales track record and the ability to develop relationships with customers and provide them with real, effective solutions. Candidate will be responsible for prospecting and identifying potential opportunities and closing high value deals with surveying companies, engineering firms and governmental entities using telemarketing, direct marketing and internet marketing tactics


  • Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
  • Build network via phone with key decision makers
  • Target specific customers via phone, direct mail, and internet campaigns.
  • Leverage the AGS brand and customer relationships to increase sales and brand awareness
  • Candidate must be detail oriented, organized and able to explain detailed equipment via phone.


  • Experience working on a sales quota
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas
  • Business-to-business experience
  • Goal oriented, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
